Simple trick to get changes you have done to propagate to Google quickly,

1. Open Your Browser
2. Type in aboutus.org/yourwebsitedomain.c0m (replace yourwebsitedomain.com, With Your Web URL) make sure its your Wikipedia url link
3. Go to http://www.affmastermind.com/toolbox/quickindex/
4. Put your URL in like this, yoursite.com
5. Turn off popup blockers
6. press new window
7. Wait for all the sites to load.
